The THINK Together Learning Academy is a year-round licensed child education program that blends our core competency – academic alignment with the school day – with the best elements of traditional child centered models, which encourage exploratory learning, wellness, healthy living, social development and character building.
THINK Together Learning Academy values a culture of respect, support and caring. Our foundational principle is in loco parentis, the Latin phrase meaning “in the place of a parent.” This principle is central to all we do, as we believe we have a responsibility to be positive role models for your child. We envision partnering with you, maintaining open communication to ensure we support your priorities for your child. We will work with you on strategies to build confidence and will partner with you so that your efforts at home are supported through the before- and after-school program. We will invest time to learn about your child and assess his/her developmental needs. We use a “whole child” approach to create an individualized learning experience that best supports your child’s development.
We maintain a low student to staff ratio for safety and supervision, as well as to ensure your child receives the support and attention needed each day to be successful.
Michelle Pelliccino, Executive Director of School Age Care, oversees the program and operations and is responsible for expanding the parent pay and subsidized child care programs offered by THINK Together.
