Welcome to the San Diego County web page. Through our Riverside County office, we serve more than 700 students in both the Oceanside Unified School District and Escondido Union School District. Also, through the generous support of Walmart, THINK Together provides a four-week summer program during June and July to more than 1,000 middle school students throughout San Diego county. Each program operates for eight hours each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Bell, Mann, Marston, Pacific Beach Roosevelt, Wagenheim, Lewis and Taft middle schools. THINK Together offers tutoring programs in addition to our extended learning programs. History

THINK Together moved into San Diego County in 2011. We are looking forward to growth in 2012 and will share that information as it becomes available.

Our Team

San Diego County is served through our Riverside office by 12 full time staff members, including a general manager. As our footprint in the county grows, so will our staffing ranks.

Adriana Garcia Kingston, General Manager, serves students and partners across Riverside and San Diego Counties. She previously served as assistant general manager of the Inland Empire Region. Adriana has experience as a bilingual classroom teacher in the Corona-Norco Unified School District and Val Verde Unified School District; and managed the Family Literacy training program at her school site in the Val Verde District. Kingston was one of Sylvan Learning Center’s 1999 Kid’s Choice Teachers of the Year. Kingston graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a bachelor’s in Social Relations and holds a teaching credential from Chapman University. She also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Chapman University. Adriana is a former ballet dancer and understands the importance of the arts in education.

Irene B.Irene Bobadilla, Director of Learning Programs  supports Riverside and San Diego County Region.  Irene joined THINK Together in 2007 and before becoming Director of Learning Programs, she served as Quality Assurance Coach for Azusa Unified School District in THINK Together’s Los Angeles County West Covina Region.  Bobadilla received a dual Bachelors degree from the University of California, Irvine in Political Science and Chicano/Latino Studies.  While a full-time student at UC Irvine, Irene became active in WYSE (Women and Youth Supporting Each other), a mentorship program, as a mentor.  She went on to become the Executive Director of the WYSE UC Irvine chapter. Bobadilla is currently pursuing her Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Management with a concentration on Organizational Development from the University of La Verne.
