All children will receive the support they need from family, school and community to enable them to reach their full potential and become productive adults and responsible, contributing members of the community.

Mission

To provide high quality academically-oriented out-of-school programs for students regardless of race, creed, or socioeconomic status.

Values

1. Education is the single most important factor in helping people achieve their full potential. Democracy requires educated citizens.

2. Every child deserves a chance to learn and grow. Learning is an ongoing joyful process that shouldn't stop when the final school bell rings.

3. As schools cope with a difficult budget environment, they need community partners that will come along side them and provide a scaffolding of support to their most needy students.

4. The community at-large is responsible for all of its children and needs well-structured, well-managed opportunities to invest in them.

5. To have meaningful societal impact, after school programs need to be financially sustainable over the long term
